1. Create a Gameplan

After an initial discovery consultation and property walkthrough, we’ll create a plan tailored to your goals and objectives.

2. Prep Your Home

I’ll coordinate vendor walkthroughs and gather estimates for the relevant projects. I’ll guide you through the options and you’ll choose the best ones to move towards a great property launch.

I’ll oversee the property preparation and provide regular updates on the progress.

3. List & Market

Once the property is fully ready, it will be launched to the market. I’ll coordinate open houses and provide detailed reports on activity and interest.

4. Negotiate and Close

Once an offer is accepted, I’ll guide and advise through the escrow process.
